Description

PacArctic, LLC is looking for a highly qualified, experienced and self-motivated individual to perform the duties of a Financial Analyst to support PAC and our government customer at Schriever AFB. The Financial Analyst performs a variety of budget duties which will include continued overall analysis, review, and working of the various programs and requirements within the USAF and its mission partners.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Be knowledgeable of the process to qualify CORs, to include local requirements.
  • Track status of new CORs and assist with due dates of required/periodic training of CORs, sending reminders and tracking updates to required training.
  • Assist in the filing of COR documentation, and ensure that all documentation is complete
  • Coordinate, review, finalize for government signature and maintain all Memorandums of Agreement (MOAs) between STAR Delta Det 1 and other parties (approximately 15).
  • Review MOA's 90 days prior to expiration. Track MOA expiration dates, initiate renewals and facilitate the overall process to finalize MOAs.
  • Review all MOAs semi-annually for outdated language or suggested updates.
  • Managing and maintaining the Program Management electronic files ensuring content is consistent with the instructions in the Program Management Continuity Guide.
  • Experience using the below Air Force systems is preferred but not required:
    • DEAMS
    • CRIS
    • ABSS
    • DTS
    • WAWF
    • FM Suite
 
Position Requirements

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Minimum 2-5 years of financial management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience using DEAMS is required
  • Experience using the following Air Force systems is a plus: CRIS,ABSS, DTS, WAWF, FM Suite
  • Demonstrated skill and comfort in proactively building relationships
  • Innovative thinker, with a track record for translating and executing strategic plans
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively interface with all levels of management
  • Ability to work and multitask independently as well as in a collaborative environment
  • Secret Clearance

Working Environment & Conditions

This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The work load may require the incumbent to stand for extended periods of time. The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Includes travel to local, remote and out of state locations.
