Share Email Opening Title Guest Services Representative $11.00/hr +TIPS (Great Benefits)  Description POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for promoting Speaking Rock functions and events by performing the following essential functions:   ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Maintain a working knowledge of Speaking Rock Entertainment Center’s games and services in order to effectively explain to customers, clients, working partners, etc. Provides smooth, courteous and efficient service to customers. Maintains a working knowledge of the property, as well as current and upcoming special events in order to advise customers and fellow employees. Facilitates the flow of information by attending regularly scheduled departmental meetings. Responsible for decoration of Speaking Rock Entertainment Center depending on promotions. Other duties as assigned by Assistant Managers on Duty, Manager on Duty and/or General Manager.       KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Possess strong organizational and communication skills.  Must be well versed in knowledge of internet sweepstakes. Ability to handle multi tasks and prioritize accordingly.      Position Requirements MNIMUM REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or its equivalent (G.E.D.) preferred.  Previous experience in customer service environment. Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.  Must be culturally sensitive to minority population especially Native Americans; must be able to successfully pass a post-offer drug screen and criminal history background check.    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: While performing the duties of this job, the Employee is regularly required to use good manual and finger dexterity, handle, or feel objects; Reach with hands and arms.
