Our ideal candidate will bring:
- 3+ years of experience managing PPC/SEM/SMM campaigns
- Experience managing $100k+ in ad spend
- Google Ads, Google Shopping and/or Facebook Blueprint certifications
- Intermediate to Advanced level experience with Excel and/or Google Sheets
Position Summary: The Digital Marketing Specialist will support the day-to-day management of a high-volume PPC program. This position will be responsible for ecommerce category sales and profitability growth across across text ads, shopping campaigns, display ads and social media ads including Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest.
The Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with marketing management to inform strategy and execute advanced optimization tactics, solve unique challenges, and hone internal best practices. Through on-going program analysis and reporting, this role will provide data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement. They will also collaborate with merchandising, development and cross-functional marketing teams.
Plan, implement and optimize PPC strategies and tactics to drive sales growth across Google/Microsoft search and shopping, Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest using text, display and video ads. Assist with expansion planning into new channels and ad types..
Create and optimize campaigns, including: structural builds and breakouts, keyword build outs and research, A/B testing of ads and landing pages, bid management, budget management, and other tactics to manage ROAS plus volume goals.
Responsible for tactical execution and campaign audits in assigned channels and categories.
Daily use of reporting and analysis tools with deliverables including category performance reports, opportunity analysis and competitor insights.
Participate in automation planning, integrations, optimization and vendor / platform management.
Assist with monthly and ad hoc department reporting, as needed.
Collaborate with digital marketing team members, assisting with projects, tactical implementation, and sharing knowledge and learnings.
Special projects as assigned.
