About the Job: As a Professional Recruiter you will develop & implement effective and innovative recruiting strategies to attract and source a diverse pool of high-quality candidates. You will be responsible for: Identifying top talent, creating a talent pool and working with business leaders and hiring managers as you manage the hiring process (including the interview process, negotiations and offers). Offices in Montana and Indianapolis.

Your Profile and Skills:

  • Experience recruiting for a broad range of positions, particularly executive, professional sales, and technical roles
  • Knowledgeable on wage and salary trends
  • Relationship management, and due diligence
  • Sound judgment and reasoning skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • Ability to work independently, work under pressure, meet deadlines, organize time and priorities, and work well as a dedicated member of a team

Job Activities:

  • Manage the full recruitment and hiring process life cycle
  • Review resumes and identify qualified candidates requirements
  • Contact qualified, passive and active candidates to determine interest level
  • Screen and assess candidate qualifications for job fit
  • Schedule and coordinate telephone, virtual and in-person interviews
  • Document and maintain candidate contact history
  • Manage multiple requisitions for a variety of positions
  • Develop talent pool through creative sourcing techniques including referral generation, networking, and direct sourcing
  • Participate in community outreach and networking activities, user groups, and industry specific interest groups to build relationships and maintain a diverse candidate pipeline.
  • Write compelling job postings
  • Use behavioral-based interviewing methodologies to interview all qualified candidates
  • Maintain a virtual bench of prospective candidates

The rest of the stuff: Compensation based on experience. Full-time position with complete benefit package including health, 401K, disability, vacation, etc.
