The agency provides comprehensive services, including psychotherapy, medical and psychological services. Their mission is to enhance the lives of clients as well as the professional development of clinicians. Duties include: overseeing and developing clinic, including hiring, supervision, training, performance eval, quality assurance and community outreach develop and implement strategies for program growth and expansion ensure state and federal compliance and medical coordination with strong leadership, decision-making and problem-solving skills, create a highly functioning team and generate revenue for clinical services   Position Requirements Qualifications include: strong public speaking, and verbal and written communication skills required LCSW required plus three years of program management, clinical supervision, and increasing responsibility in program management experience Work experience or strong understanding/knowledge of the African Carribean and African American community that the agency serves Flexible work schedule and ability to walk up and down one flight of stairs required   This position is currently not accepting applications.
