This requires aptitude to complete both individual and team tasks in a timely manner but also commitment to support project goals. This trait will support product time to market and build a strong confidence with customers, both internal and external.

  • Develop a cooperative working relationship with internal engineering resources. The successful candidate will contribute to a collaborative relationship with engineering staff at Astronics. This involves working with mechanical engineers and other disciplines including systems, electrical and test engineering. The successful candidate will promote cooperation among team members, provide technical concepts and feedback, assist in development of less experienced team members, and ask questions of experienced staff to develop their own skills.

In summary, the successful candidate will have a significant impact to the growth of Astronics. This is an exciting technical position within a dynamic company that is excited about the long term growth of aircraft electrical power systems and the long term career development that can coincide with that growth.
