Your responsibilities: Interact with customers and provide exceptional customer service via telephone and in-person. Help customers feel at ease and answer questions regarding footwear and store products. Operate a POS system and be familiar with general functions and state tax information. Handle incoming calls with proper phone etiquette and assisting customers with questions. Routing calls to the appropriate department. Assisting customers with foot measurements. Will require close contact with customers. Ability to use a tape measure and provide accurate size recommendations. Must become an expert in White’s Boots product line. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Understanding of general WA state tax guidelines. Proficient use of a computer. Experience operating a POS (point of sales) system. Former retail experience (2-4 years minimum) required.
