We are seeking a Ship Overhaul Planning Analyst to join our team in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience in:

  • Vessel salvage operations and /or marine spill recovery operations.
  • Military as well as commercial ship repair and/or salvage requirements such as MARAD, EPA, USCG, and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
  • Shipyard Maintenance & scheduling for shipyard availabilities.
  • Planning yard activities.
 
Position Requirements

Required Education, Experience, and Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in Marine Engineering or Naval Architecture.
  • At least 10 years’ experience in ship maintenance and repair, including experience with U.S. Navy ships.
  • Experience with shipyard maintenance & scheduling of shipyard availabilities.
  • Planning experience with Navy ship repair/overhaul in a shipyard.
  • Knowledge of marine environmental requirements as they pertain to shipyard and ship salvage operations.
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
  • An active Secret security clearance.
  • US citizenship is a prerequisite.

 

Some TCG customers require individuals providing support to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 in accordance with Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommendations. COVID-19 vaccination status may affect employment opportunities.
