Eagle Harbor is looking for experienced Application Developers to support EHS and our government customer in the Denver, CO area.

The Application Developer:

  • Designs, develops, documents, tests, and supports SharePoint and Power Platform Solutions.
  • Programs computers, develops, runs tests, and maintains current computer programs that provide instructions computers must follow to perform their function. 
  • Develops, designs, and tests logical structure for solving problems by computers. 
  • Writes programs according to specifications, which may be provided by Software Engineers, Systems Analysts, or other computer scientists. 
  • Updates, repairs, modifies, and expands existing computer programs.
Position Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent)
  • Must be able to pass a background check and obtain a NACI and NACIC
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience
  • Experience developing applications for SharePoint 2013, SharePoint 2019, and SharePoint Online.
  • Experience developing SharePoint Hosted and Provider Hosted SharePoint Add-Ins.
  • At least a working knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate with a strong interest in learning more.
  • Experience with at least one JavaScript Framework, e.g., Angular, Angular JS, React JS, etc.
  • Desired but not required skills. Power BI and SharePoint Framework.
  • Must have a minimum of ITIL v. 3 Foundations Certification or be able to achieve an ITIL v4 Certification within 3 months of being hired.
  • Developers must also be familiar with Agile methodologies and automated testing tools.
  • Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments.
  • Plans and leads major technology assignments.
  • Evaluate performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.
  • Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment


Working Environment & Conditions

This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time.  The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress.  The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
