Vice President of Sales
Compensation: Competitive base salary with comprehensive bonus structure.
Location: Remote candidates would be considered depending on experience, location, and other factors.

Job Summary:
The Vice President of Sales position is a HUNTER role, responsible for bringing in new healthcare clients to eCatalyst Healthcare Solutions. Candidates must have CURRENT experience selling into healthcare systems, hospitals, and large clinics. If you are selling into anything other than healthcare systems, hospitals, and large clinics, this position would NOT be the right fit for you.
As Vice President of Sales, you will take us to new heights, bringing in new clients from your connections. You will need to have fresh ideas and want to use them to get us in the door of the country's top health care organizations. You must be driven, passionate, and ready to own and drive strategy and initiatives.
You confidently build C-Level relationships and cross-functional influence. You have established relationships with healthcare decision-makers, closing sales with a sense of urgency and on time, shortening the time from the first contact to close. You have the experience to drive the executive sales process by quickly identifying actions that lead to closing the sale in an often complex and undefined buying process.
As Vice President of Sales, you will:
- Close deals, and consistently meet/exceed sales pipeline goals.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline for new business
- Proactively develop strategic deals by leveraging personal and professional networks
- Define market segments, implementing marketing strategies, and generating sales plans utilizing available resources to effectively penetrate the health system, hospital, and clinic markets
- Work with marketing to create proper messaging to reach our desired audience
- Conduct, design, and coordinate client presentations over webinars, in person, and at events
- Attend events that drive new business
- Consistently meet or exceed sales and pipeline goals
- Forecast and report regularly in Salesforce
LOCATION
Work in our national headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona, preferred, but work from your current location will be considered for the right candidate.
All remote, work-from-home opportunities require:
- A quiet, private, distraction-free home office work environment
- A reliable high-speed internet connection (cable, DSL, or fiber) with speeds of at least 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload
- Willingness to do constant sedentary work
- Discipline to work from home while following a set schedule
- Ability to travel locally and nationally
