We are a BUSY outpatient pediatric rehab with three clinic locations across Southeastern Wisconsin (Kenosha, Mount Pleasant and Oak Creek).
The ideal candidate must possess:
- Dependability
- Reliability
- Desire to learn & be teachable to go through the training we provide
- Outstanding customer service skills, both in person and over the phone
- Empathetic listening skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi task and prioritize duties
- Possess a positive and "can do" attitude
- Be a team player and enjoy a collaborative environment
- Have 1 year Medical Receptionist experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
Key Accountabilities
- Answer incoming calls, texts, tasks, and emails
- Superior patient care service skills
- Effective communication with patients, managers, and coworkers
