Campaign & Development Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting, organizing and executing fundraising efforts.



  • Administrative support to capital campaign staff.
  • Arrange and coordinate donor meetings.
  • Maintain database to include contact reports, donations, notes etc.
  • Conduct and develop queries, prepare, and customize donor reports.
  • Organize virtual/live campaign events.
  • Provide support to the Major Gift Campaign Manager.
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Must be a strong team player with extensive understanding of office administrative procedures and development functions.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience organizing events, soliciting gifts, stewarding donors, and supervising volunteers.
  • Strategic multitasking and resourcefulness.
  • Ability to work with all levels of management as well as clients and vendors.
  • Must have impeccable organizational skills, along with excellent attention to detail and a strong willingness to learn.
  • Expert level communication with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with good judgment and the ability to maintain discretion appropriately.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Position Requirements



  • An associate degree or 3-4 years of related work experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience as an office assistant is required.
