At Classic City Marinas, LLC and Eclipse Marine Group we want to create Raving Fans out of each of our customers while we have FUN! We arelooking for a customer engagement center (CEC)receptionist to provide thatraving fan experience to each guest contacting us throughour new customer engagement center. The CECreceptionist works within our marina dealer services department which provides support to our facilities and departments. The person is primarily responsible for answering incoming calls to the business office and directing them to the appropriate associate, as well as taking messages and/or directing them to the associates voice mail when applicable. The CEC receptionistwill be responsible for answering questions and providing basic information about our locations to the public. Additional clerical responsibilities and related tasks may be required of the receptionist. Responsibilities: Provide a high level of customer service with a friendly attitude Provide organized and detailed notes/messages Direct calls to and from the business office Provide customers with information such as our location addresses, websites, and other related information Evaluate customer satisfaction and ensure we are meeting quality standards for customer service
