The therapist will work for a transformative initiative that integrates behavioral health care, addiction treatment and primary care services within the agency. The therapist will perform psychosocial evaluations, provide individual and family therapy to adults living with serious mental illness and potentially co-occurring SUD, participate in case conferences with a multidisciplinary team, and work with a case manager who will connect clients to other community supports/services.   Position Requirements Must have experience providing therapeutic intervention to people living with serious mental illness and/or substance use disorders.
