Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant for Customer Service in State Agency Services performs day-to-day administrative tasks and provides support in accordance with the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC) and the Center for Credentialing & Education (CCE) policies, processes, and procedures.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Answers telephone calls and provides customer service to stakeholders, internally and externally.
  • Performs day-to-day administrative tasks relative to the processing and uploading of state licensure exam score reports according to the Score Verification Requests submitted to CCE by the candidates.
  • Provides customer service and maintains thorough knowledge of procedures and processes.
  • Responds to internal Customer Service inquiries via Teams chat as efficiently as possible.
  • Responds to emails and voicemails from external and internal clients within a 48–72 hour time frame.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
