Site Manager will be responsible for ensuring our construction projects are completed on time and within budget. Job Responsibilities: Responsible for the day-to-day on site running of a construction project Work with various vendors to obtain quotes for medical equipment Manage any delay or problems encountered with on-site during the construction project Obtain business license for new sites Responsible for managing communications between all parties involved in the on-site development of the project Manages the day-to-day activities of projects including setting up and communicating the various meetings, assuring communication to the stakeholders   Position Qualifications Required / Experience Required: Minimum of 3 years Project Management experience, either directly as a healthcare construction project/site manager. Must have successfully led medium to large projects. Excellent analytical, written/verbal communication and organization skills required. Must have proven leadership skills and a positive, flexible approach. Able to manage multiple, simultaneous projects while remaining calm & focused.
