This position will research, gather and analyze data related to the strategic initiatives of the organization. This position will also develop, track and monitor key performance indicators across multiple departments within the organization. In addition, the Strategy Analyst, Business Development will discuss and present work for both technical and non-technical audiences. Responsibilities: Research, gather, and analyze data with a primary focus on projects related to the strategic initiatives of the organization. Collaborate with Business Intelligence, Strategy leadership to develop and monitor department level key performance indicators used to influence organizational goal setting in both the present and future. Collaborate with Vice President, Strategy to leverage data both driving and optimizing the performance of organizational strategic initiatives. Collaborate with Business Intelligence leadership to develop organization wide strategic planning dashboards. Research emerging strategic methodology, analysis techniques and recommend/implement them where applicable. Collaborate with Vice President, Strategy to leverage data and consult on strategic planning sessions. Collaborate with the Manager, Quantitative Analytics to explore additional avenues of strategic analysis and automation for projects throughout the organization where applicable. Provide ad-hoc analysis and reports for various projects as needed. Other duties as assigned. Experience with relational database systems and some knowledge of SQL. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar data analysis software. Proficient at gathering, transforming, and analyzing large complex datasets. Desired: Experience with an enterprise reporting system (e.g. Tableau). Experience with cloud computing platforms, preferably Google Cloud.
