AdAdapted is looking for an experienced sales professional with strong professional connections to CPG Brands directly, Shopper Marketing, and Digital Media agencies based in Northeastern U.S. The ideal candidate is self-directed with a proven track record of securing quality, profitable business with repeatable success in mind. This candidate should also have an interest in managing and growing a sales team, including exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
You will own:
Securing and conducting virtual or on-site sales meetings with digital agencies and CPG brands
Recruiting and training new Account Executives as we grow our team in 2021. There is the potential for this position to be become 100% Sales Management focused in 2022.
Educating and training Agencies on the unique value of our service and how to sell campaigns to their clients
Meeting / Exceeding quarterly and annual sales quotas
Maintaining current and accurate information updates in our CRM system
Providing field level input to the Product Marketing & Product Management teams
5+ years proven experience selling digital media campaigns including CPG experience
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quota within ad-tech, martech
Deep understanding of mobile, in-app advertising
A viable, current network of digital media Agencies & Contacts
Proven experience managing a sales and/or business development team preferred
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business administration, sales or marketing
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
