Share Email Opening Title Brand Ambassador Lead - Part Time  Description PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Suja Juice Crew is a dynamic team of active, outgoing, and knowledgeable individuals, who are passionate about spreading the Suja Love. As the part-time Team Lead, you are an integral part of the Field Marketing Juice Crew as well as an extension of the Field Marketing Manager. Your role is to sample & educate consumers, while creating a memorable experience that will build brand awareness and drive brand loyalty. Additionally, your role is ensuring the team is meeting activation requirements and representing the brand as is required by Suja. The Field Marketing Team Lead is the face of Suja! RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Become a credible product and brand expert Be the face of the brand at events, retail, and sampling opportunities at multiple locations Be a social chameleon: approach a variety of strangers and interact in a natural conversation with the goal of developing brand loyalty with the consumer Be the team player that works well with other squad members to deliver sampling goals Identify future sampling and/ or event opportunities to convey to the hiring manager Willing to take ownership of sampling activations and work with hiring manager to ensure successful execution Be able to identify future Suja Juice Crew Members while out in the field and exchange contact information for hiring manager Execute company initiatives and activations as required and directed by your hiring manager Submission of activation recap within specified, required time frame that includes photos, activation results, & consumer feedback Complete required shift documentation that includes inventory spreadsheets and vehicle inspection forms   Position Requirements Charismatic and outgoing personality Excellent communication skills Must use good judgment Unique or individualistic hobbies Must be able to work exceptionally well with others in a team environment Local market knowledge is a plus Excellent communication with manager and team lead Must have access to internet/ phone Must have reliable transportation to get to and from your shift A clean driving record of 3 years must be provided A valid driver’s license that is not expired, suspended, or revoked Must be able to work 3 weekends per month, nights and some Holidays Must be available to attend and actively participate in 2-3 team meetings or calls per quarter Must be able to stand and remain mobile for extended periods of time (6+ hours) Must be able to work under diverse weather conditions Must be able to lift/carry a minimum of 30-50 lbs Including but not limited to event assets, product, coolers, setup and tear down of activations, etc. Report to FMM Full knowledge of product and company Be extremely organized Knowledge of how to use Google Drive   Back End Weekly Work Required weekly check in with FMM Thorough, detailed mission plans sent out 48 hours in advance to team members Update Event Calendar Weekly Ensure check in forms are submitted accurate and on time Review Photos – ensure the minimum amount that is required is submitted on time and good photo practices are exercised Inventory – Checking brand ambassador numbers daily Reach out to 3-5 Events per week within brand pillars and demographic FMM to help with negotiation and set up logistics Lock in 3 Events per Month Complete Juice Orders with Manager Additional projects may be assigned   In the Field Weekly Work Ensuring the team is meeting activation requirements and representing the brand as is required by Suja Leading by example Communicating clearly with the team Inventory – Daily inventory list check ins, ensuring expired product is used first. Overall manage inventory weekly & report back to FMM.
