Share Email Opening Title Financial Analyst II  Category Accounting/Finance   Position Financial Analyst II   Description The Financial Analyst II is a motivated and competent professional responsible for examining financial data, identifying trends, and communicating findings to various parties within the organization to effect better business decisions. This position requires strong analytical skills and impressive attention to detail. Performs all responsibilities of Financial Analyst I Analyzes regional level performance by various criteria on a regular basis Coordinates across the finance and accounting team to consolidate financial results and metrics in support of monthly close processes and Board of Director’s reporting Identify trends, analyze & interpret data, and present findings to management Provide Mergers and Acquisitions analysis and insight, build valuation models Analyzes current and historical data and assists in creating budgets and forecasts Develops financial models and takes on special projects to assist with decision making, planning, and reporting   Position Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields required 1-3 years of experience in corporate FP&A required Ability to multi-task and navigate changing priorities in a fast pace corporate environment Strong worth ethic and the ability to take on time sensitive projects as needed Proven ability to work independently and interdependently Job costing and WIP experience in the construction industry is a plus Advanced Excel skills with proven experience working with multiple complex spreadsheets Knowledge of Azure cloud applications SQL and Power BI is a plus Please include a cover letter with salary expectations when applying for this position   Salary   Req Number ACC-21-00007   Location Boston   EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
