EHS Technologies Corporation has a future opening for a Finance Manager in support of the Corporate Finance team.
Full-Time Position
Location: Moorestown, NJ with approved Remote Work capability
Responsibilities:
Support all aspects of Financial Operations. Report directly to CFO.
Generate internal and external finance reports
Budget, forecast, and track business activities
Assist in General Ledger and Month-end close
Assist in new business proposals
Assist in analyzing, reviewing, generating, and negotiating Subcontracts, Purchase Orders, and other contract documentation
Continually analyze accounting process to ensure current practice complies with GAAP and FAR
Instill new reporting capabilities based off knowledge government reporting needs
Assist in other finance and accounting functions as instructed by management
Desired Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required, preferred in Accounting or Finance
5+ years applicable experience in finance, accounting or related roles
GAAP accounting knowledge desired
Extremely computer literate, strong MS Excel, MS PowerPoint skills are desired
Experience with Cost Point / Deltek Accounting Systems preferred
Experience with contracts review, and audit compliance
Experience with DCAA or DCMA contracting a plus
Experience with FAR and CAS standards a plus
Willingness to learn, especially the willingness to learn new skills and systems.
Self-Starter, Ability to multi-task, problem solve, and take initiative.
Able to handling competing deliverables with various levels of complexity.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
This is not an entry level position.
