The Chamber is seeking to hire a full-time Partnership Development Manager to join the Member Services department. In this role, you will implement a successful membership recruitment and retention strategy, offer support and resources to member businesses and organizations, assist in developing long-term and mutually beneficial relationships with our stakeholders and community partners, and share our vision of a diverse, equitable, and inclusive business community.
The selected candidate will work with the Executive Director and the Chamber staff to achieve goals for membership-related revenue. This individual will regularly visit members in person and by phone, through email, and virtual meetings to ensure open lines of communication and quality service, have a thorough knowledge of the resources and supports available in our community to help businesses grow and thrive here, and support our members in achieving their goals.
Motivated, self-directed, self-starter are skills required, as are excellent judgment, problem-solving and creativity. The ideal candidate will have a 2-year degree in sales/marketing, business, or a related field, and minimum 3 years’ experience in business, economic, or community development work, customer relations, or membership relations.
