As a Steward you are most responsible to maintaining health and safety standards. Clean dishes and work space are critical. Speed and communication will also help you in this role.
RESPONSABILITIES:
-Be on time & in uniform
-Report to zone and be eagar to support your team
-Organize your supplies
-Clean kitchen: dishes, equipment, mats, floors
-Say hello to chefs and servers, see if you can assist with requests
-Follow safety standards
-Report areas that need maintenance
-Keep equipment in good condition and refill supplies
-Keep accurate hours
REQUIREMENTS:
-Flexible schedule.
-Significant walking or other means of mobility.
-Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
-Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull, and frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift/move 40 pounds.
-Bi-lingual is a plus (English and Spanish).
-Coachable.
-Attention to detail & passion for providing excellence.
-Independant preformer that understands the culture is more important than any single team member.
-Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
-Clean and well-groomed apperance.
-Report any questionable activity
