Share Email Opening Title Customer Service Representative  Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES includes the following.  Other duties may be assigned. Maintains direct contact with customers before and/or after the sale. Supports sales team by developing and maintaining positive customer relations (CRM) with clients/customers, which can substantially affect service and/or product revenue(s). Works with various departments to meet maintenance services sales goals. Works with customers and/or distributors to receive accurate account of equipment failures and provides reports to management. Focus of work may be in pre-sale or post-sales or both. Will serve as Customer Service lead in support of Government, commercial and international contracts, as well as license agreement adoptions. Review and process of all incoming purchase orders, as well as assist in the review and creation of outgoing bids and proposals.  Maintain the bookings and metrics for the processing of new and repeat incoming orders/contracts, the on-time delivery report for administrative, engineering, non-recurring engineering lines and, the past due backlog report.   EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Prefer a 2 year degree plus a minimum of 4 years direct industry experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. This position is responsible for performing data entry and computer duties with high attention to details required.
