About the team:

Sciton is growing at an incredible rate with consistent growth in our sales organization. We are looking for a Jr. Salesforce Administrator who is ready to roll up their sleeves and support our team in Palo Alto. This position will work under the supervision of the Sr. Salesforce Administrator to assist in day-to-day operations of Salesforce and the onboarding process. We currently utilize Sales Cloud and Pardot. We hope to deploy Service Cloud this year.

In this role, you will:

  • Perform day-to-day administration, configuration, and troubleshooting of our Salesforce environment.
  • Provide technical and functional support to users of Salesforce and related applications.
  • Create and manage users; Maintain user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings, etc. (User Profiles, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules, and Security).
  • Create and update Reports and Dashboards for all business stakeholders.
  • Create and modify objects, fields, etc. as directed.
  • Manage onboarding process for SFDC.
  • Handle all Tier 1 Support Tickets.
  • Test solutions that have been built by Sr. Salesforce Administrator.
  • Work in an agile and dynamic environment to facilitate timely responses to changing project requirements.
  • Prioritize developing skills related to Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules.

 

 
Position Requirements

 

Essential Requirements:

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (required).
  • Minimum 1-year experience as Salesforce.com Administrator.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Data Loader (Preferred).
  • Demonstrate self-discipline and motivation in all aspects of job performance.
  • Initiative and ability to handle increasing responsibility over time.
  • Consistently at work and on time, follows instructions, responds to management. direction, and solicits feedback to improve performance.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, and results-orientated environment that demands excellence.
