Share Email Opening Title Project Manager - Trauma-Informed Care   Description Wyandot BHN is seeking a full-time Project Manager for the Alive & Thrive Program. The Project Manager will work under the supervision of the Alive & Thrive Wyandotte County Director to oversee and help manage community-driven projects designed to prevent trauma and promote healing and resilience in Wyandotte County. Essential Job Duties: Provide support, guidance, and assistance to Alive & Thrive “Champions” as they lead community projects that have received Alive & Thrive mini-grants. Assist with soliciting and reviewing applications for community projects. Monitor projects to make sure they are completed on time and meet all objectives Coordinate with Alive & Thrive Training Coordinator to make sure Champions have all appropriate TIC and related training Manage data related to each project Develop narrative and data reports and final project reports for Alive & Thrive funders Develop and maintain an evaluation plan for all project activities   Position Requirements Provide support, guidance, and assistance to Alive & Thrive “Champions” as they lead community projects that have received Alive & Thrive mini-grants.
