Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key member of the Team, overseeing the general compliance responsibilities of the business, while leading a small team of subject matter experts
  • Contracts negotiating, structuring and business relationship with customers and governmental agencies
  • Reviews and approves documents for protection of the company’s contractual posture and adherence
  • Advises management of the contractual rights and obligations and provides interpretation of terms and conditions
  • May be internal focal for auditing and controls review processes
  • May be responsible for International Trade Compliance and adherence
  • May be asked to design and deliver Compliance training to the business
  • Drive process and be point of contact with governmental agencies such as: DCMA, DCAA, etc.
  • Provide regular performance updates to the Senior Leadership Team
  • Proven track record of leading and developing people
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Collaborative, marked by transparency and flexibility, with a commitment to building strong relationships
  • An exceptional communicator in both written and verbal interactions; clear, concise
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and constant change, nimble and responsive in the short-term while driving progress on longer-term initiatives

Minimum Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field plus a minimum of 10 years direct industry experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of people leadership experience required.
