Seasonal - Client Care Quality Analysis

Part-time assistance needed in our Client Care area, to provide quality monitoring and reporting of defined metrics related to customer/staff interactions during support and service situations.

Job Duties will include but not limited to:

  • accessing our internal situation management system
  • reviewing open situations with clients or audio clips of interactions with clients
  • utilizing the identified criteria to monitor certain specified processes
  • identify either pass or fail scores on these criteria
  • take actions as directed for either of these scenario
  • other monitoring and reporting tasks as requested by Management
Position Requirements

High School education

Excellent communication skills (written and oral)

Proficiency with Microsoft Oulook, Word, and Excel
