Lease Portfolio  Retention Specialist  Create a welcoming repeat car buying experience for all returning Audi Livermore customers. Assess the needs of customers and guide them to purchase or lease a vehicle using the method that meets their needs, whether that be fully online, in-store or a combination of online and in-store. Become a product expert and ambassador for Audi products and services. Ensure a smooth and stress free buying experience for current client,  from the first point of contact, to the contract and paperwork process, and finally delivery of their new vehicle. Review operating features, warranty and finalized paperwork with customers ensuring that they feel confident in their ongoing replacement vehicle purchase . Develop customer relationships and maintain prospecting endeavors that encourage repeat business and create lifelong Audi Livermore customers! REQUIREMENTS Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably the automotive sales and finance subfields Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
