Livermore Subaru is the fastest growing Subaru Dealer in the East Bay. We currently have rewarding opertunities for 2 internet managers and 2 sales consultants.

Can earn $2,500 to $7,000 minimum.

If you are an enthusiastic self-starter with a passion for cars and you enjoy working with customers, then we want you to be part of our team as Sales Associate. The Associate is extremely knowledgeable about our vehicles and services, the industry, and our market, including vehicle selection, performance, accessories, efficiency, safety features and functions, and financing options for both new and used vehicle inventories. He or she presents new and pre-owned vehicles to customers in an attractive and highly informative fashion that promotes a prompt sale and maintains an ongoing relationship with customers to encourage networking and repeat business.

The ideal candidate will have a 4 year degree, previous sales experience is helpful, excellent customer service skills, a confident and outgoing personality, a professional appearance, and great communication skills. He or she must be self-motivated with a willingness to continuously prospect to sell a minimum quota (or more!) on an ongoing basis. This candidate will possess advanced digital and computer skills. Candidates with current Automotive Experience must show evidence of Sales and CSI performance.

Duties include

  • Lead customers through the Automotive Sales Process - Greeting, Fact-Finding, Vehicle Presentation, Test Drive, Offer and Agreement and Delivery
  • Daily activity of phone prospecting and emails
  • Meet requirements for Continued Education Training of products and process
  • Use the Customer Relations Management (CRM) tool to effectively prepare for customer appointment and track all customer interactions
  • Follow up with customer and maintain excellent Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) to manufacturers standards
  • Represent the Dealership and the Qvale Auto Group by conducting ethical business practices and exhibiting a professional image
  • Maintain a working knowledge of purchases and deals
  • All other duties, tasks or projects assigned
 
Position Requirements
  • 4 Year Degree preferred or comparable education/work experience in a customer focused competitive or revenue generating role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong desire to learn the Automotive Industry and Sales Practices
  • Strong desire to learn the Automotive Industry
  • Advanced computer and internet skills
  • Demonstrated ability to close sales
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff
  • Able to achieve goals with limited direct supervision
  • Neat, clean, and professional appearance
  • Pleasant/friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality
  • Technical proficiency using business related application amd software
  • Technical proficiency using business related application and software
  • Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
  • Must be at least 21 years old
