We are seeking a Entry Level Program Support Specialist  to join our team in Bloomington, IN. The ideal candidate will:

  • Develop and coordinate concepts and requirements for the application of current and emerging technologies as they apply to Navy program.
  • Provide programmatic expertise to the Government from system concept definition through technology transfer activities.
  • Make recommendations to the development of Concepts of Operations (CONOPS) pertinent to mission needs and technical capabilities.
  • Assess and advise on Joint Capability Technology Demonstrations (JCTD) requirements, capabilities, limitations, and constraints as they pertain to defense mission resilience and national security.
  • Provide support formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources.
     
 
Position Requirements

Required Education, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited institution preferred but not required.
  • 1-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of appropriate data sources to address the specific requirements of projects for monitoring, characterization, analysis and modeling.
  • An active Secret security clearance.
  • US citizenship is a prerequisite.
