Senior Financial Analyst (Landing Craft Support)

We are seeking a Senior Landing Craft Financial Analyst to join our team in Washington, DC/Alexandria, VA. The ideal candidate will:

  • Analyze and execute Ship Conversion, NAVY (SCN), Other Procurement, NAVY (OPN) Research, Development, Test & Evaluation, NAVY (RDT&E,N) and Operations and Maintenance, NAVY (O&M,N) funding in accordance with policies and regulations as per a program business plan for the Ship to Shore Connector (SSC) program as well as the LHA program.
  • Manage resources in accordance with financial policies and procedures using command financial systems/tools.
  • Manage fund execution closely by overseeing performance within spend plans utilizing the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP) tool.
  • Prepare SCN and RDT&E budget exhibits and estimates through the Future Year Defense Program (FYDP), and reprogramming apportionments throughout the DOD Planning, Programming, Budget and Execution (PPBE) cycle.
  • Provide rationale for budget increases and determine impacts of budget cuts..
  • Assist in development of Program Objective Memoranda (POM) issues.
  • Lead a team of financial analysts in reviewing of PARMs cost estimates in accuracy, legitimacy, and clarity.
  • Formulate policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources.
  • Supervise the completion of Task Planning Sheets (TPS).
  • Provide expertise on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
