Shifts are 11-7pm or 2-10pm M-F. Summary of responsibilities include: Deliver crisis assessment and intervention services to children and adolescents in the community with a partner and as a member of a team. Deescalate and stabilize clients in their home or current environment and assess the therapeutic needs of the client and eligibility for services. Complete service documentation in client case records within 24 hours of the service. Conduct phone follow-up call within 24 hours of the deployment, and conduct face-to-face follow-up visit within 72 hours of the deployment Collaborate with families, schools, law enforcement and emergency services, and other agencies and community partners to coordinate and facilitate services to clients. Participate in weekly individual supervision and consultation on each deployment with Clinical Manager.   Position Requirements Requires: Master’s degree in social work Licensure in relevant discipline (LGSW, LMSW, LGPC or LPC) and MUST be licensed by the District of Columbia Or Maryland or both. Minimum of two (2) years’ experience working with youth and families. (The hiring manager may be open to 1 year of experience).
