The Parts Receiving/Shipping Associate must have excellent customer service, computer, and phone skills. Must be detail oriented and be able to multi-task while staying positive and upbeat in a team atmosphere. Automotive experience is ideal. Duties to include (but are not limited to): Receive and sort freight orders Inspect and record any damage or discrepancies to freight Restock shelves Organize bins and shelves Keep all bins, shelves, aisles, and storage areas clean organized and properly labeled Assist with inventory control Contact Service Department and Parts customers when orders are in Deliver parts to shop technicians Assist customers as needed Some driving may be required The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, an unrestricted driver's license, and a clean driving record.  Strong communication and customer service skills required. RESPONSIBILITIES Ensures safe and on-time shipment of parts to customers Complies with and enforces all safety policies and procedures Maintains cleanliness of shipping/loading area and performs routine maintenance tasks Receives all incoming orders, signs for all packages, and delivers, distributes, or stocks all received items in accordance with needs Completes all reports and logs related to incoming/outgoing parts Maintains exact inventory of all parts within the Parts Department Performs other duties as assigned   Position Requirements QUALIFICATIONS Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or GED preferred Previous experience preferred Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record Able to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed Basic mechanical skills to perform minor vehicle maintenance Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress Highly professional and dependable Safety and customer service oriented BENEFITS Competitive Pay Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance Formal Ongoing Training Program Excellent Advancement Opportunities   About the Organization Qvale Auto Group has over 70 Years in the automotive industry, beginning in California and now owning and operating 3 dealerships in Florida.
