Supervision of the outpatient mental health unit ensuring efficient and proper delivery of high-quality services to participants. Oversee the day-to-day operation of the unit ensuring prompt delivery of high-quality service to all participants. Provide weekly/bi-weekly clinical and administrative supervision of clinical staff to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and utilization of Practice Guidelines and recovery principles. Perform other duties as assigned.   Position Requirements MSW and five (5) years previous work experience which includes two years of clinical experience in a health or human service agency and previous management experience. Knowledge of delivery of behavioral health services in an outpatient setting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.   This position is currently not accepting applications.
