We are looking for eager, responsible adults looking to join Opportunity, Inc. as a care provider to assist with personal cares (including but not limited to shower, bathing, toileting…), medication administration, teach daily living skills, cooking, baking, housework, provide supervision, and companionship to adults with disabilities. Make a difference in your community Build meaningful relationships   ROUTINE DUTIES Responsible for providing quality care, activities, and personal care to adults with disabilities Companionship Mentoring and promoting independence Meal planning, preparation, and assistance Medication and charting   Position Requirements QUALIFICATIONS: Must be 18 years of age or older Driving positions require one to be at least 21 years of age, proof of personal vehicle insurance, and a good driving record Ability to pass a criminal and caregiver background check Must be able to pass pre-employment screening including drug test, physical evaluation, and 2 Step TB Test Must frequently lift, support, and/or move up to 75 pounds and occasionally lift, support, and/or move up to 100 pounds Occasional to frequent bending, squatting, twisting, reaching, standing, and walking.
