Salesforce CRM Program Manager 

Description

The Salesforce CRM Program Manager position is a pivotal role responsible for leading the development of our Salesforce.com deployment as the company’s CRM platform. Working closely with Operations, Marketing and Sales leaders, the Salesforce CRM Program Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-wide solutions to improve customer interactions and process efficiency. Candidates must have excellent cross-functional management capabilities, solid analytical expertise, and experience with Salesforce.com – spanning Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud. The role will be involved in Salesforce customizations, configurations, and integrations to support the organization. The role will also work directly with stakeholders to deliver Salesforce solutions and to identify architectural and process improvements.

The Salesforce CRM Program Manager will be responsible for leveraging industry best practices and a BPO approach to developing secure, reliable solutions. Supporting several department’s CRM needs, the ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and will successfully implement the solutions that will help reshape company operations – and the philanthropic giving marketplace.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Interact with internal departments to gather requirements design, and implement Salesforce CRM, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud solutions
  • Manage project timelines, delivery, and deployment of Salesforce customizations with agile methodologies effectively
  • Identify opportunities and implement changes to ensure that the CRM is designed to meet company objectives
  • Proactively communicate system changes to the user community and conduct training and support on Salesforce functionality when required
  • Lead implementation rollout plans and stakeholder prioritization reviews
  • Apply and implement Salesforce releases with minimum user disruption
  • Coordinate usage and integrations between internal departments
  • Ensure data security and privacy
  • Lead the development team through design integrations with existing custom applications and other software systems
  • Identify and document activities, tasks, data workflow, business processes to facilitate process improvement in partnership with business operation
  • Initiate continuous research into new system features and functionality for business application
  • Produce high quality documentation

Position Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Four-year degree in Business, Business Systems, or equivalent is required
  • 5+ yrs experience with Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud experience desired
  • Experience with APEX, Visual Force Pages, APIs, Communities, and Lightning is required
  • Experience integrating Salesforce data with third-party applications and custom application is required
  • Data warehouse integration experience is preferred
  • Experience in Agile development methodologies is preferred
  • Salesforce certifications Required: Admin, Preferred: Advanced Admin, Sales/Service Consultant, Pardot, and Platform App Builder
