This is a permanent, full time position for a small agency. As such, this position will serve a variety of functions. The veterans served may have multiple-complex psycho-social barriers to housing such as mental illness, substance abuse, military and non-military trauma, and long-term health problems. Responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to: Providing clinical supervision to staff and social work interns. Developing and implementing programs Managing referrals from local service providers and the Department of Veterans Affairs Completing assessments Assisting with preparing housing for veterans Monitoring mental health needs, substance use issues, etc. of clients Assisting with ongoing discharge planning Acting as a liaison with landlords Overseeing grant funds Overseeing data collections Assisting with property management   Position Requirements Must hold LCSW.   This position is currently not accepting applications.
