Share Email Opening Title Home Loan Closer II  Category Home Lending Operations   Description The ideal candidate for the Home Loan Closer II position at IncredibleBank is responsible for the day-to-day responsibilities of processing home loan applications.  This is a fast-paced work environment with high loan volume and plenty of multi-tasking items.  To be successful, you will need a high attention to detail, accuracy, and effieciency.    Main Duties • Daily processing of home loan applications for refinance and purchase transactions for conventional loans such as Fannie, Freddie, vacant land, HELOC, Home Equity loans and renewals. • Understands underwriting conditions and obtains documentation to satisfy conditions. • Ensures consistent, accurate and timely mortgage loan application processing. • Responsible for compliance, accuracy and integrity of LOS as it relates to all loan processing activities and supporting documentation. • Works with the title company to obtain the borrowers fees, and sellers fees, and balance with their funding amount. • Prepares closing disclosures to provide to the borrower within the timing requirement prior to closing. • Prepares closing documents, which includes vesting, legal description and parcel numbers. • Completes the booking sheet, runs general ledger entries and funds the title company. • Works with mortgage sales and operational staff to continually improve efficiencies in the mortgage processes. • Provides support to the other areas of home loan operations as needed. • Perform other related duties as required or assigned that are in the spirit of this job description and position as necessary for the Bank and the Department to function effectively.   Education/Experience • 3-5 years of professional experience in the industry. Prior banking/mortgage experience or title experience a plus. • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows, Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software, Database software and loan origination software.  Prior experience using Encompass a plus.   Perks Position is full-time, 40 hours per week plus awesome benefits!  Details at https://incrediblebank.mybenefitsapp.com/           Location Wausau, WI   About the Organization At IncredibleBank, we believe in our employees, our customers, and the impact we make in our communities.
