About the Position: The Home Service Worker is responsible for providing home care with full adherence to the limitations of being a non-skilled home care provider. Home Care duties will vary per client. Client care plans are created and monitored by the Nurse Manager for the case. Required: High School diploma or equivalent May require the employee to drive on company business. Employee must have a valid drivers license and meet organization’s driving requirements Proficiency with cellular phones and ability to learn company systems, including web based payroll system Preferred: Certified Nursing Assistant training Ability to work night and weekend hours as well as to be on call 1-3 years work experience in service industry   Essential Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory.
