Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm What You Would Be Doing Under moderate supervision, this position performs work related to general maintenance and HVAC upkeep of Boundless. The HVAC & Facilities Maintenance Technician will provide HVAC services with specific responsibility for identifying repair and/or replacement needs; installing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading HVAC systems and equipment; assisting other skilled trades; and ensuring that tools and materials are available at job site.   Position Requirements Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be able to communicate in English, including both spoken and in writing. Licensure/Certification Valid Ohio Driver’s License with Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles Proof of auto insurance, insurable driving record. EPA certification Experience Two to three years proven experience working in the HVAC and facilities maintenance field or in a related area. Knowledgeable of residential and commercial HVAC systems, including boilers, low pressure steam, package units, and chillers.
