Learn more at Winegard.com   Description Winegard is looking for an experienced Mobile App Developer to produce enterprise mobile software solutions in support of an IoT platform. This position is part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment. As a Mobile App Developer, expertise is needed in the iOS platform, developing frameworks and third-party libraries. Having familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies is a strong plus. Responsibilities Understand the client’s requirements Always keep up-to-date with concepts, terminologies, and global best practices for the coding of different mobile applications Adapt already existing web applications for mobile apps Working in synergy with others to constantly innovate app functionality and design Documenting project plan and technical specifications Test applications and provide support for each mobile application Comprehend customer needs and its translation to an application framework Regularly fix bugs every time it occurs Ensure improvement in application performance Ensure continuous evaluation, discovery, implementation, and the maintenance of new technologies so as to maximize the efficiency of development Ensure that every application undergoes testing for usability, robustness, and general reliability Recommend periodic changes and enhancements to mobile applications Contribute to the development of every project schedules and workflows Mentor junior engineers in best practices and participate in pair programming activities Potentially manage and lead both internal and out-sourced external mobile developers   Position Requirements 5+ years of demonstrable experience Extensive knowledge of Swift mobile programming language Experience with third-party libraries and hardware interfaces including BLE Good understanding of mobile app consumer behaviors Superior analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to interpret and follow technical plans Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or relevant field   Location Winegard Company   Salary Range   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Shift Days   Close Date   Number of Openings 1   Exempt/Non-Exempt Non-Exempt   EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
