Share Email Opening Title Manufacturing Engineer - Equipment  Description Provide manufacturing equipment and processes for new and existing projects to meet all requirements for Safety, PPAP readiness, FTQ, and cost. Provide technical engineering support for manual and automated equipment. Provide electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic modifications to existing equipment to enhance safety, quality, and performance / cost. Coordinate equipment installation and start-up/debug support Provide manufacturing support on any shift, including weekends Provide on the job training to Maintenance and Production personnel Provide all documentation, and training required including work instructions, process monitor setups, red rabbits, PM’s, and spare parts. Set-up spare parts, and preventative maintenance schedules   Position Requirements Troubleshooting of Sonic staking, IR welding, Screw Guns, Pneumatic and Hydraulic Presses, ABB/Fanuc Robots, Part Detection Devices (proximity sensors, lasers, photo eyes, light curtains) Ability to troubleshoot Electrical, Pneumatic, and Hydraulic Circuits Competent ability with computer programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint,AutoCad) Effective problem solving skills Work effectively in a team environment Ability to lead and complete multiple projects simultaneously and under demanding situations Strong degree of self-motivation and self-direction Strong communication and documentation skills PREFERRED Familiarity with interior manufacturing processes, systems, tools and materials Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles Familiarity with MSD process, PFMEA implementation   Education Requirement Associate's Degree REQUIRED; Bachelors Degree PREFERRED   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Shift Days   Location Inteva Products, LLC - Bluffton Operations   Req Number ENG-21-00039   About the Organization Inteva Products is a leading global automotive supplier providing innovative, reliable, environmentally friendly products that enhance vehicle quality, safety and performance.
