About the team:

Sciton is growing at an incredible rate with consistent growth in our sales organization. We are looking for a Director, Sales Operations who is ready to roll up their sleeves and support our team in Palo Alto. This position will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Service, Finance & IT organizations.

This position will manage the daily operations of the sales Insights and execution tools, CRM, dashboards, executive reports, ad-hoc reporting, ongoing data quality management and administration of the sales pricing sheet. This position will drive continuous improvements in field tools and identify innovative ways of provisioning key business insights to help the Commercial organization achieve desired business outcomes.

In this role, you will:

  • Liaises with Sales leadership teams and Sales analytics teams in helping drive sales productivity and effectiveness by providing timely business solutions through tools and timely insights.
  • Manage deal desk and contract management processes to ensure profitability of deals as well as timelines of contract completion.
  • Drive further usage of CRM solutions via identifying opportunity areas, developing business requirements, developing rollout through projecting managing cross-functional teams.
  • Drive data-based decisions to drive continued revenue growth and profitability and collaborate with the broader organization on pricing strategy.
  • Partner with sales leaders and regional sales directors to prepare and present business operational reviews with sales management and executives.
  • Experience implementing SFDC CPQ & SFDC Service Cloud preferred
  • Help implement projects and initiatives focused on improving productivity and simplifying processes throughout the sales operations and sales organization.
  • Ability to manage, coach, & retain a team of 3 sales operations associates.

 
Position Requirements

Essential Requirements:

Preferred Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of professional experience in the capital and recurring revenue management environment preferable; 5+ years of experience in the CRM environment (marketing and sales)
  • Comfortable presenting to and partnering with executives to solve complex business challenges.
  • Proven thought leader with track record of successfully leading major cross organization process/programs, from design to execution.
  • Must be a self-starter, detail oriented, and analytical with strong organizational skills.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or related experience required.
  • Proficient in G suite & Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills in written and verbal form.
  • Salesforce or similar database experience. QAD and Infor is a plus.
