Indirect Loan Manager  

Description

Responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the activities of the Indirect Loan Department, including accuracy, efficiency, compliance, and timely processing. Manage and continually develop partnerships internally and externally with open lines of communication, meet agreed upon deadlines, identify obstacles and present collaborative solutions. Manage, monitor, and evaluate existing indirect lending programs and products to meet objectives and growth goals ensuring each program meets regulatory compliance, and monitor for adherence to internal and external controls in accordance with established policies and procedures. Ensures that services are delivered professionally and efficiently, and that members’ and staff issues are resolved promptly.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
1. Assumes responsibility for the development and implementation of effective Indirect Loan Department policies, procedures, and planning.
2. Assumes responsibility for the effective and efficient completion of Indirect Loan functions.
3. Effectively supervises Department staff, ensuring optimal performance.
4. Assumes responsibility for ensuring that professional business relations exist with members, vendors, and trade professionals.
5. Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.

 

 

 
Position Requirements

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: 5 years or greater in Consumer Lending and/or Consumer Lending management
Bachelor’s degree in Business or other related fields of study.
Equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for stated qualifications.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Excellent public relations skills
Excellent communication skills with written and verbal. Effective presentation skills.
Ability to speak clearly, tactfully, and effectively.
Proficient in the use of core application in Windows-based environment, including Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel.
Accounting skills include the ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages using a 10 key.
