Qualifications Prefer 2+ years experience in general maintenance, supply management, equipment upkeep, and landscaping Job Description Organize and record all incoming and outgoing tangible assets Manage shipping and receiving of supplies and other assets: Accurately record and track all property Exhibit strong commitment to the service needs of the client and their property. Represents the company in a professional and courteous manner. Knowledge of facility maintenance. General maintenance duties such as plumbing, grounds work, light carpentry, able to use hand tools, assistance with moves, and able to lift over 50 lbs. Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
