EHS Technologies Corporation has a future opening for an Project Manager / Operations Specialist in support of the Corporate Operations team. The operations analyst will support all aspects of corporate operations.
Full-Time Position
Location: Philadelphia, PA with approved Remote Work capability
Responsibilities:
Support all aspects of Corporate Operations. Report to Company VP, CIO, and COO.
Provide assistance to EHS operations team in support of program management, proposal development and business development functions
Assist in developing, compiling, and maintaining contract reporting requirements
Assist in developing, compiling, and maintaining business development reports
Assist in developing, compiling, and maintaining prime and subcontract documentation
Assist with company business development initiatives including marketing, developing proposals and opportunity research
Provide research and strategy assistance in support of formulating business development strategy for implementation of initiatives as well as performing strategic analysis.
Assist in preparing and organizing business cases, cost benefit analyzes and budget justification material
Assist in company wid recuriting and staffing efforts.
Maintain and foster strategic relationships with customers, partners, vendors and business development leads.
Attend and participate in support meetings of differing varieties via telephone conference, computer network or in-person.
Assist in other operations functions as instructed by management
Desired Education / Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required, preferred in Business, Management or related field
3+ years applicable experience in corporate operations, project management, or related role
DoD contracting project management experience preferred
Deltek / Costpoint system experience preferred.
Posess an Active Secret Security Clearnace or ability to obtain one
Demonstrated knowledge of the principals of project management, understand customer requirements and be capable of communicating clearly in writing and orally.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, Teams)
Advance in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint a plus
Willingness to learn, especially the willingness to learn new skills and systems.
Self-Starter, Ability to multi-task, problem solve, and take initiative.
Able to handling competing deliverables with various levels of complexity.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
