Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests at the front desk, answer questions and resolve issues in a friendly and courteous manner. Ensure adherence to all visitor regulations in order to maintain a safe environment. Answer incoming telephone calls, respond to inquiries and transfer calls to appropriate individuals as necessary. Monitor personnel entry/exit and log vendors and visitors. Monitor cameras and intercom system for security purposes. Maintain a daily activity report on all activities and observations completed during shift and follow-up with Supervisor on previous day's activities. Prevent unauthorized persons from loitering in area of assignment. Assist the staff with mailings, sending faxes, and making copies. Track and log all receiving packages coming through the front desk All other projects as assigned by Coordinator, Florida Operations.   Position Requirements Required: High School Diploma or equivalent. A minimum of one (1) year of office support or customer service experience. Knowledge of office equipment (fax, copier, phone, etc.) Computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and internet. Desired: Two (2) years’ prior experience in hospitality, administrative support, or front desk reception.
