Location: Akron, OH Hours: 5pm-10pm (Mon-Fri) Pay: $14.00/hour Responsibilities: Ensure all work performed meets customer expectations and maintain a high level of overall customer satisfaction Train, manage, and motivate a diverse workforce of employees Ensure that all janitorial equipment is in good working condition and well maintained Ensure established procedures and safety standards are being followed Handle all customer requests and complaints in a timely matter   Location Akron II   Position Requirements The ideal candidate will possess the following:  1-3 years of managerial or supervisory experience in a service industry 1-2 years of commercial cleaning experience  1-2 yrs of professional floor technician experience is preferred, however JSI will train capable candidates as necessary. Ability to learn and follow JSI floor maintenance/care procedures including operation of various types of floor care equipment such as; scrubbers, high speed burnishes, carpet extractors, buffers, and vacuum machines Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills   Shift -not applicable-   This position is currently not accepting applications.
