These values guide everything we do What You Will Be Doing The Residential Leader is responsible to assist persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities with activities of daily living such as: hygiene, bathing, laundry, meal preparation, and housekeeping. These tasks can be performed within our Supported Living Program. This staff person is responsible to the Assistant Manager to provide direct programming and/or dietary/laundry/housekeeping supports or other supports to persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Pay is $14.00/hr - $14.79 based off experience Schedule and Shift The Residential Leader position is a First shift position 8:00 am - 4:00 pm with Saturday and Sunday off    Position Requirements Minimum Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age High School Diploma or equivalent Must be able to communicate in English, including both spoken and in writing. Licensure/Certification: First Aid, CPR - adult, child, and infant; delegated nursing Valid Ohio Driver’s License with Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles--no more than five points on your driving record.  Proof of auto insurance. Preferred Experience: At least two years of experience working with intellectually or developmentally disabled individuals. Special Skills & Requirements: Must be detail-oriented and have competent literacy and writing, documentation, communications, and interpersonal abilities.
